Our story
Come as guests, leave as friends
Crystal Nails is a family-owned salon on International Blvd, and that sentence explains most of what you will notice here: guests greeted by name, work that is never hurried, and a room kept immaculate because we would accept nothing less for our own family.
The salon has grown up alongside Norfolk for more than 25 years, refreshed, remodeled, and retrained with every season's techniques. More than 500 colors line our wall, the largest selection in Norfolk, and they change with the trends; the standard behind them does not. Ask for Tommy or Jennifer, and you will understand why so many guests keep a standing appointment.
Our practice
Clean is not a claim. It is a routine.
Instruments are sanitized between every guest, to state regulation and then to our own standard. Basins are scrubbed after every pedicure. Polish is always optional, cuticles are treated gently, and if a service needs five more minutes to be done properly, it takes five more minutes.
